Most manufacturers often only use a very thin (weak) plastic underride guard, which is not suitable for driving in off-road conditions to protect the engine and the drive elements such as the front and rear axle gears and the axle boots and their wheel hubs / wheel bearings.
This complete underride protection made of high-quality 4mm thick solid aluminum is best suited for use in heavy conditions and protects the A-arms, engine, running boards (footwell), as well as the outer edges of your ATV's from mud, dirt, salt, stones, branches and all sorts of what is on the dirt road, meadows away, forest, road, in the water.
You cannot drive so foresightedly that you could prevent it from damaging the axle boots by a piercing stick, the engine compartment damaged by a stone chip, or the frame without protection when driving through a ditch and possibly suffer damage.
Every underride guard has openings for oil change and maintenance openings, also ribbed openings for drainage and sludge removal.
All connections are welded, or are directly mounted to your vehicle with special holding elements.
It is not necessary to drill holes and no professional special tools are needed!
We recommend to clean and impregnate the vehicle in the underbody area before mounting this high-quality underride protection. It is absolutely long-lasting and durable.
